Portraits in Ceramic Tile

With this series of portraits I’m interested in capturing women in a moment of introspection. My perspective is curious and respectful and the gaze is all theirs. Whatever thoughts or feelings they are having remain secret. The self-portrait is an exception, where I wanted to deliver a full-on, invasive stare.
